Relationship, Education, Athletics, Career and Health
Social service programming and community engagement are at the core of our strategy. H.O.P.E., Inc. works to establish unique programs while focusing on partnering with established agencies in a mutually beneficial way for the purpose of reaching its mission. This is accomplished through our OutREACH services disseminated through the five categories of service outlined below. Building Relationships
Our relationship service program focuses on building relationships with individuals and families in the community through mentoring programs and programs that focus on critical community needs, such as those of new, young fathers, at-risk youth, sober living and financial literacy, to name a few.
Athletics
Community Recreational Sports
Most of our efforts pertaining to this service area follow the principles of First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move initiative. H.O.P.E., Inc. will work to establish three (3) community recreational sports leagues.
Career
Workplace Readiness
Our service program The Real World, adopts some of the beliefs and components of the STRIVE employment model by offering an intensive program focused on assisting participants with their job readiness skills and vocational inerests.
Health
Health and Well-Being
The Health arm of H.O.P.E., Inc. will focus on the health and well-being of the community through hosting health fairs, related workshops and adult health screening events for the community. H.O.P.E., Inc. also organizes monthly community events for distributing food and clothing to the homeless.
